The curriculum will be delivered to the level that, the individual child requires within each class.
The Governing body is responsible for the main principles of the policy. Bomas Academy Behaviour policy will be published annually for staff, parents and children by the Head Teacher, who is also responsible for developing the policy.
Teachers, teaching assistants and other paid staff with responsibility for pupils will report to the head teacher who has the power to discipline pupils whose behaviour is unacceptable, who break the school rules or who fail to follow a reasonable instruction, according to the school’s behavious policy. Parents are responsible for supporting the school’s behaviour policy and will be asked annually to sign Home/School agreement, containing the school/class rules and their responsibilities.
The school offers full access to the curriculum to all children, regardless of gender, ethnicity or ability.
